This Legal Notice and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the "Legal Notice"), regulate the access and use of this Internet portal: https://www.apartool.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), owned by the company THE MEET AND TRADE GROUP, SL.

ACCEPTANCE

The navigation, as well as the simple access to the Site and/or the mere use of the services offered through the same, attributes the condition of user of the Site (hereinafter, the "User") and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions included in this Legal Notice, in the version published by APARTOOL at the very moment the User accesses the Site.

APARTOOL reserves the right to modify unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, the clauses of this Legal Notice, as well as the configuration and, in general, any other content or service of the Site. The use of the services and/or simple access to the Site implies acceptance of any modification introduced. Therefore, APARTOOL recommends periodically consulting the present document, as well as its subsequent modifications.

Likewise, the use of the Site is subject to all legal notices, regulations of use or instructions made known to the user through the present Site and which replace, complete and/or modify the present Legal Notice.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

Unless otherwise provided, the use of the Site shall be free of charge, without prejudice to the cost of connection through the corresponding telecommunications network for the User to have access.

The User is aware and voluntarily and expressly accepts that the use of the Site is in any case under his sole and exclusive responsibility.

The unauthorised use of the information contained in this site, its resale, as well as the infringement of the industrial and intellectual property rights of APARTOOL, will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

APARTOOL reserves the right to interrupt access to the Site, as well as the provision of any or all of the content and/or services offered through the Site at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance or any other reason.

Consequently, APARTOOL does not guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of the Site or the contents offered therein, so that access to it and its contents by the User is at his own risk.

Likewise, APARTOOL will not be responsible for temporary interruptions of the service, delays, errors, malfunctions and, in general, other inconveniences that have their origin in causes beyond the control of APARTOOL, and/or are due to the wilful or negligent action of the user and/or are caused by force majeure.

In this sense, APARTOOL excludes itself, to the full extent permitted by law, from any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Site, to failures in access to the different web pages of the Site or those from which the services are provided.

APARTOOL adopts reasonably adequate security measures to detect the existence of viruses and/or malware. In this sense, APARTOOL, to the full extent permitted by law, excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the presence of viruses or other elements in the contents of the Site, which may cause alterations in the computer system, electronic documents and / or user files.

Finally, APARTOOL assumes no responsibility for the use that the user makes of the content of the Site that may involve a violation of any type of norm, national or international, of intellectual or industrial property rights or any other right of third parties.

NOTIFICATIONS

All notifications and communications from the User to APARTOOL will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are sent to the following email address: info@apartool.com. Likewise, all notifications made by APARTOOL to the User will be considered validly made if they have been made using the data and through the aforementioned means.

To this effect, the User declares and guarantees that all the data provided by him/her are true and correct and that he/she will keep them duly updated.the present Site has been elaborated at all times in accordance with the principles of good faith by APARTOOL. However, in the event that any third party considers that their intellectual and/or industrial property rights have been infringed, they may notify APARTOOL by writing to the address indicated above.

WITHDRAWAL AND SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICE

APARTOOL may withdraw or suspend at any time and without prior notice the provision of the services offered through the Site to those users who do not comply with the provisions of this Legal Notice.

DURATION AND TERMINATION

The existence of the Site, as well as the provision of the services offered therein, has, in principle, an indefinite duration. However, APARTOOL is entitled to terminate or suspend the provision of the aforementioned services and to cancel the Site at any time, without prejudice to the provisions of the corresponding Particular Conditions. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute related to the use of this Site shall be subject to Spanish law, being competent for the resolution of any questions that may arise or actions arising from the provision of services and / or content of the Site, as well as the interpretation, application, enforcement and / or breach of the provisions herein, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, unless by mandatory rule is established other jurisdiction.
