Of course! Corporate housing is the best way to maximise the potential of your properties, as it provides more regular income and ensures less wear and tear and maintenance. We only ask that you adapt your properties to the type of client we host and their specific needs.
How can I list my apartments on your platform?
Very easily. Contact our partners team here. An expert from Apartool will get in touch with you quickly and provide instructions tailored to your specific case.
I am a private individual. Can I list my apartments through Apartool?
Yes, you only need to be able to issue invoices with VAT. Remember that our clients will need registered utilities and cleaning services. While these are not essential in every case, they will certainly enhance the appeal of your properties.
What conditions must the apartments meet?
The essential requirements for our clients are periodic cleaning services, high-speed WiFi, utilities, and applying the applicable VAT according to current legislation.
Is it essential to have a workspace in the apartment?
Nowadays, remote working has become the norm for most positions. Although not essential, a home office space will increase the likelihood of your apartments being chosen.
I don't offer weekly cleaning. Can I still list my property through Apartool?
Weekly cleaning is important for our clients. In most locations, there are providers you can subcontract this service to. Once you have this in place, we can offer your properties.
Is high-speed WiFi necessary?
Yes, it is necessary to have optimal connectivity to guarantee remote work in the apartments, as it is likely that the guest will need to spend some hours working online.
Is it possible to set monthly supply consumption limits?
Yes, sustainability is important to everyone. Specify your maximum consumption limits in your quote, and we will ensure that the client is aware and knows how excess consumption will be managed.
What are Apartool's payment policies?
Apartool pays the invoice amount on a monthly basis, 30 days after check-in.
My cancellation and payment policies are different. Can I still list my apartments?
Standardisation is a significant benefit for both our clients and partners as it saves them the trouble of reviewing the details of each offer. If you need different conditions, we can assess them, but this may affect the attractiveness of your offers among our clients.
In case of damages, is Apartool responsible for them?
Apartool always operates with corporate clients, which greatly reduces damage. If any issues arise, Apartool will mediate in the claims process. The client will always be responsible for any damage.
Do I need to have a physical reception?
No, but you do need to have a contact phone number available 24/7 for any needs that may arise.
