Apartool, the leader in corporate accommodation in Spain and Southern Europe, has closed a funding round worth 1.8 million euros. The new funds will be invested in deploying the use of artificial intelligence on its booking management platform.
This consolidation round has been primarily subscribed by its current investors , including Barlon Capital, Roch Ventures, Telegraph Hill Capital, and Finaves. A new investor , Endra Capital , a venture capital fund with stakes in other Spanish companies in services and technology for businesses, has also joined .
The injection of new capital will allow for an ambitious deployment of artificial intelligence on its platform . With this, Apartool will automate the acquisition of new apartments available to its clients, currently 300,000 in 85 countries . The investment will also enable full visibility of available units at all times and reduce the time needed to make each booking by up to 90% .
This increased speed in management will deepen operational margin improvements and allow for the acceleration of investment in expansion into new markets, a key aspect of Apartool's strategic plan for the 2026-2028 period, with which the company aims to reach 30 million euros in annual revenue.

A sustained growth Apartool has been one of the pioneers of corporate accommodation in Europe. Between 2019 and 2024, the company grew its revenue at an annual rate of 69% (CAGR) . The year 2024 marked an exceptional milestone in the company's development due to the convergence of sustained growth in its recurring business with the execution of unique projects.
