Serviced Apartments in Ibiza

Why Apartool?
We ensure every stay has all the essentials to create a homified experience for travelers, while making the booking process easier for you:
Where to stay when working in Ibiza
Ibiza has plenty of accommodation, but almost all of it is designed for short holidays. For a work stay, what matters is being close to the workplace: in high season the island's roads get congested, and the wrong location can mean an hour a day in the car.
Eivissa (Ibiza Town)
The island's administrative and service centre: the commercial port, the island government, Can Misses Hospital and most offices and shops. It is the most complete option for work stays, with services and public transport all year round. Neighbourhoods such as the Eixample, Ses Figueretes or Talamanca combine city life with calm outside the season.
Ca na Negreta and Montecristo industrial estates
Between Eivissa, Sant Antoni and Sant Rafel you will find logistics, distribution, workshops and supply companies. For technicians and maintenance teams, staying in Eivissa or Sant Antoni puts these estates a few minutes away.
Sant Antoni de Portmany
On the west coast, with intense hotel and nautical activity. Practical for teams working in the area; in summer, choose apartments away from the nightlife seafront to rest properly.
Santa Eulària des Riu
A residential atmosphere with life all year round. A good choice for long stays and for professionals relocating with their families.
Sant Josep de sa Talaia
Home to the airport and the southern hotel areas, such as Sant Jordi or Platja d'en Bossa. Very convenient for airport and hotel staff; in high season it is a very lively area, something to bear in mind for rest.
When to book accommodation in Ibiza
In Ibiza, the calendar is set by the season. The island went from around 52,700 Social Security affiliates in January 2025 to more than 88,100 in September: tens of thousands of people who arrive to work and need somewhere to live. That is why the booking date matters as much as the area.
High season (May–October)
This is when accommodation is most needed and least available. Prices rise and availability disappears early. If your company hires seasonal staff or sends teams in summer, book several months in advance, ideally between January and March.
Pre-season (March–April)
The time for refurbishments, openings and staff training. There is more availability and better conditions for long stays that cover the whole season.
Low season (November–February)
Many tourist businesses close, but the island keeps working: administration, healthcare, education, construction and services. It is the best time for project stays at more stable prices.
Corporate housing vs holiday rentals
In any season, housing an employee is not the same as booking a holiday. With Apartool, your company gets:
- Apartments for weeks or months, with a kitchen, Wi-Fi and room to rest, not weekend stays.
- One contract and one invoice for all bookings on the island, instead of dealing with dozens of owners.
- A stable price for the whole stay, regardless of each summer week's rate.
- Licensed professional managers and verified properties.
- Easy extensions if the project or the season runs longer.
- Support throughout the stay.
