Therefore, making your flat available to the business traveller is a diversification strategy, reaching potential markets and a large public that needs accommodation, and a strategy of deseasonalisation, no longer focusing all possible bookings on the holiday traveller. It is also a rationalisation strategy where quality is prioritised over quantity.
