The report presents a strong growth outlook:

The global market is expected to reach €211.117 billion by 2030, with an annual growth rate of 12.7%.
Europe will follow a similar trend, with a 12.3% growth rate over the same period.
In the UK, the sector is set to double, growing from €3.542 billion in 2024 to €7.498 billion in 2033.

This growth is driven by the rise of “purposeful travel”, the consolidation of hybrid work, and the growing need for functional accommodation for medium- and long-term stays.

The fastest-growing regions

According to the report, the regions with the highest current and projected demand for corporate housing are:

Western Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain, and the Netherlands): driven by high business activity, tech hubs, and international events.
North America (USA and Canada): with a strong presence in sectors such as finance, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
Asia-Pacific (Singapore, India, Australia): fueled by regional hubs and emerging markets.

Middle East: due to the intensive use of corporate apartments for mid-term project stays.

Hybrid work and new mobility dynamics

The transformation of work models is one of the main drivers of flexible corporate housing.

In Europe, 30% of employees work in a hybrid model.
Globally, 51% of companies have established flexible work as part of their organizational policy.

78% of bookings in 2024 were made in accommodations that promote practices such as energy efficiency or carbon offsetting.

Lead time: bookings made further in advance

The average time between booking and check-in continues to increase in the corporate sector:

31% of bookings in Europe in 2025 were made more than 60 days in advance, compared to 26% in 2024.
Globally, 22% of bookings are now made more than two months ahead of arrival.
